Starting from Start Menu


      On the taskbar, click the Start button, and then click Programs->Peformance Support Tools->Knowledge Builder.

        TIP
        You can also use the Run command on the Start menu as follows:

      • On the taskbar, click the Start button and then click Run.
      • On the Run dialog, Click the Browse button and navigate to the file location for the Knowledge Builder StartApp.exe in the Browse dialog.The default loacation is C:\Program Files\Honeywell\ PST_Client\Bin\StartApp.exe. Select the StartApp.exe file listed in the dialog window and click the Open button.
      • On the Run dialog, click the OK button to start Knowledge Builder.
